When We Are Closed

For urgent medical attention outside of normal surgery hours please call the normal surgery number NHS 111 by dialing 111. Calls to NHS 111 are free from a landline and Mobile phones. In a medical emergency please call 999.

In the case of needing urgent attention when the practice is closed, you can call NHS 111 (Dial 111) Your needs will be assessed and triaged. You will receive medical advice or be offered an appointment to see a clinician

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

THE FOLLOWING DATES ARE FOR STAFF TRAINING THROUGHOUT 2026/2027. SHOULD YOU REQUIRE URGENT ASSISTANCE ON ONE OF THE DATES MENTIONED, AFTER 12PM, PLEASE CONTACT NHS 111 OR IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY 999. THE SURGERY WILL RE OPEN THE NEXT DAY AS NORMAL.
