GP Patient Survey Result 2012/13
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) has reviewed the results of the Patient Survey and is please to advise the following:

The PPG feels that the work undertaken by the practice since the last survey to improve access to the surgery and appointments has improved considerably. The results show that in the survey the practice has performed well.
The area where the practice has not performed as well as others is where patients would recommend the practice to others. However it is worth noting that the number of patients who were "not sure" compared to other localities is double.
The PPG will continue to work with the practice to maintain the achievement and to improve other areas. The Group is aware that improvement to the practice telephone is limited as it is owned by the centre rather than the practice.
