Our GP Surgery is currently accepting new patients in the CM8 area, so please register either in-clinic or online. We do accept registrations on behalf of other members of your family. Please try to bring ID with you (Does not need to be photo ID. This can be utility bills, bank statements, etc.), NHS number (which you can now get from the NHS website) And if you are on any regular medication a months supply for your transition. Children under 16 only have to provide their NHS number and their parent(s)/guardian(s) has to also be a patient at the surgery.

Witham and Maldon Primary Care Network
The Witham and Maldon PCN consist of 6 practices based in Witham and Maldon; Fern House Surgery, The Witham Health Centre, Collingwood Road Surgery, Blackwater Medical Centre, Longfield Medical Centre & Tollesbury Surgery. All practices have diverse clinical teams and a strong motivation to provide the highest quality patient care.
